CITY EMBLEM

The emblem is the most simplified Chinese character "Taka"[high]. The circular image is a symbol of peace and the protrusion in the center symbolizes the growth of Takasago City.

Our home town Takasago cited in ancient Noh songs and known for Aioi Pines is rich in nature, and has a long history of prosperity with great traditions.

We, living here, talking pride in being Takasago citizens, loving nature, and longing for its peace and prosperity, enact the following charter.

We shall thus devote ourselves to making Takasago
